Michael Douglas

I grew up in the small town of Olive Hill, KY. A town of fifteen hundred people, and two traffic lights, blink and you miss it kind of small town. In this town, I was taught strong community values, and taking care of your neighbors as if they were family. Those values installed into me the sense of serving those around me.

 

After graduating from Morehead State University, I began a career in the Family Support Department with the state of Kentucky, helping families all across Kentucky with their medical health insurance needs, as well as their SNAP benefits. When Obamacare came into effect, I then stepped out of the State agency roll and entered into the private life and health insurance industry in March of 2014.

 

Since then I have served not only my small home town but also people all across the country. Now I take those values I learned as a kid to care for my community, and I carry them with me while serving all my clients, rather the clients in little Olive Hill, or the family of 4 living in LA.

 

I have a passion for helping people solve problems they have with their life and health insurance needs, as well as their retirement planning concerns. I take pride in being a broker that provides peace of mind for families, as well as financial stability for my clients throughout their lives.
